Privacy

This Privacy Notice explains how VERVIA TECHNOLOGY collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website (vervia.cc) and direct communications with VERVIA TECHNOLOGY. It applies to visitors, prospective customers and business contacts.

This Privacy Notice primarily describes personal data processed through this website and direct communications with VERVIA TECHNOLOGY. Where RESVONA is deployed for a customer, data-processing roles and responsibilities are determined by the applicable agreement and deployment model.

Personal data we collect, and how we use it

We collect the personal data you choose to provide when you contact us — such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the content of your message — together with limited technical data, such as connection and security logs, generated automatically by the hosting and security infrastructure. We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate collaboration or product opportunities, provide agreed services, maintain the security and availability of the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Please share only the information reasonably necessary for your inquiry, and avoid including unnecessary details about other people. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to operate this website and communicate with you, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google for email, and WhatsApp for business messaging. These providers process personal data only as necessary to provide their services, subject to their own terms and applicable law. Some may process data in jurisdictions outside Saudi Arabia; where a transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom is subject to applicable Saudi data-protection requirements, VERVIA TECHNOLOGY handles the transfer in accordance with those requirements and applicable safeguards.

Security, retention and deletion

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, any applicable contractual requirement, legitimate recordkeeping, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligation, and then delete or anonymize it as appropriate.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to be informed about how your personal data is processed, to access or obtain a copy of it, to request correction or completion, to request destruction or deletion where applicable, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. You may also direct personal-data concerns to the competent data-protection authority where applicable.

We may update this notice from time to time; the version published on this page is the effective one.
