RESVONA

Customer Service Intelligence — a customer-controlled platform for customer-service operations. Its current build provides evidence-based quality review and operational analytics; an AI customer-service agent for Arabic and English conversations is planned for a later, separately approved phase.

Planned phase

AI Customer Service Agent

The AI Customer Service Agent is planned for Arabic and English customer-service conversations, with Saudi Arabic voice and language support as a design target — as part of a wider customer-service system rather than a standalone chatbot. It is intended to handle a defined set of customer-service requests directly and to hand off to a human agent whenever a request falls outside its supported scope, is ambiguous, or would change the state of a customer's account.

Each future deployment is intended to be configured against the customer's own knowledge and policies, rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all script.

Current status: the AI Customer Service Agent is a planned capability for a later, separately approved phase. It is not part of the current controlled pilot, which covers Quality Engine and Operations & Analytics.

No claim is made of perfect autonomy, unrestricted dialect coverage, or human-indistinguishable conversation. In the planned design, unsupported or ambiguous requests are handed off, not guessed at.

Quality

Quality Engine

Quality Engine reviews customer-service interactions after the fact and produces evidence-linked findings against defined evaluation criteria, with human review built into the workflow rather than replaced by it.

Current status: implemented in the current build and tested on synthetic data only. No real customer data has been processed, and quality findings have not yet been independently validated.

No evidence → no score.

  3. Review
  4. Outcome

Quality Engine does not claim fully autonomous or perfect quality assessment — material findings remain subject to human review.

Visibility

Operations & Analytics

Historical visibility into customer-service operations, including interactions handled, average handling time, transfer rate, containment rate, and incomplete or failed interactions — reviewable in aggregate or per interaction, over a selected date/time range.

Current status: the measures are implemented and tested on synthetic data. Live visibility requires a telephony connector that is not yet available, and the containment rate becomes meaningful only once the AI agent phase is in use.

How it fits together

One system, from first contact to verified quality

RESVONA's layers are designed to work as a single path, not three separate tools. Stages marked “later phase” depend on the planned AI agent.

  1. 01

    Customer

    A customer-service interaction begins.

  2. 02

    AI Agent (later phase)

In the later phase, the AI Customer Service Agent handles it within defined capability boundaries.

  3. 03

Resolution or human handoff (later phase)

Resolved directly, or handed off to a human agent when the request is unsupported, ambiguous, or account-changing.

  4. 04

    Quality Engine

The interaction is reviewed against evidence and defined criteria, with human oversight.

  5. 05

    Operations & Analytics

    Recorded for historical operational visibility.

Deployment & control

Customer-controlled by design

RESVONA is designed for on-premises deployment: it is installed, operated and maintained within each customer's own infrastructure under a written agreement. Customer operational data — including raw call audio and transcripts — is intended to remain within the customer's controlled environment; VERVIA TECHNOLOGY does not host it and does not require its retention to operate or support the platform. Configuration (metrics, rubrics, policies, departments) is customer-specific.

This describes the design intent and current controlled-pilot scope, not a claim that every environment or configuration is production-certified.

Discuss a controlled pilot

The recommended first deployment is a limited, measurable pilot within one department — to establish a baseline, measure operational value, and validate safety and quality before any broader deployment.
