Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website (vervia.cc) and general inquiries made through it. They are general website and commercial terms, and are not the complete agreement for a RESVONA enterprise engagement, which is set out in the applicable written agreement. Information on this website is for general purposes and may be updated from time to time. Submitting an inquiry or contacting VERVIA TECHNOLOGY does not by itself create a binding service agreement — an agreement is formed only when the parties execute the applicable written agreement, proposal, Order Form or Statement of Work.

Services

VERVIA TECHNOLOGY provides applied AI and technology solutions, including RESVONA, on a business-to-business basis. Depending on the engagement, services may include software access or licensing, configuration, implementation, support and related professional services. Not every engagement includes every element listed here, and work outside an agreed scope requires a separate agreement or a documented change.

Quotes, pricing and delivery

Before any paid work, the applicable written agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, price and applicable taxes, delivery or implementation timeline, acceptance criteria and other agreed terms; changes require documented agreement between the parties. Prices, fees and any applicable taxes are specified in the relevant quote, proposal or agreement and are handled as required by applicable law. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and any input or cooperation reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. Deliverables are provided through the channel agreed for each engagement — no physical shipping is generally involved for digital services or software. Tell us if a delivered item is missing, inaccessible, or does not meet the agreement so we can review an appropriate correction or remedy.

Intellectual property

VERVIA TECHNOLOGY retains all rights in the materials, software and other intellectual property it owns, subject to the applicable agreement; a customer receives only the rights or license expressly granted in that agreement. Customer data and materials remain the customer's, subject to the applicable agreement and our Privacy Notice. RESVONA and this website may include third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licenses and rights — VERVIA TECHNOLOGY does not claim ownership of those components.

Confidentiality and personal data

Each party may treat the other's non-public business and technical information as confidential and use it only as necessary to perform an engagement; detailed confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement are set out in the applicable written agreement. Our Privacy Notice describes how we handle personal data collected through this website and direct communications — for RESVONA deployments, data-processing roles and responsibilities may be further defined in the applicable agreement and, where needed, a data-processing agreement.

Support, feedback and suggestions

We welcome support requests, feedback and suggestions through Contact. We may use general, non-confidential feedback to improve our products and services, without claiming ownership of your confidential information or pre-existing intellectual property.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for a specific engagement may be set out in the applicable agreement. Where mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights apply, they remain unaffected by these Terms, and amounts already paid are handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law. Any approved refund is processed through an appropriate payment route, with the amount, method and expected timing confirmed in writing — a refund cannot exceed the amount paid, and any deduction requires a lawful, explained basis. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your agreement reference, reason and requested resolution.

Customer rights

Before agreeing to a paid engagement, a customer is entitled to clear information about VERVIA TECHNOLOGY's identity, the commercial scope, applicable pricing and fees, and delivery or implementation expectations. Customers may raise support requests, feedback or concerns at any time through Contact, and we aim to review and respond in writing within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right a customer may have under applicable law.

Warranties, liability and force majeure

Information on this website is provided on an as-available basis and may be updated or corrected from time to time; specific service commitments, including any warranty, are defined in the applicable agreement. VERVIA TECHNOLOGY does not warrant that RESVONA or this website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose, and neither party is liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and liability arising from an engagement is otherwise allocated as set out in the applicable agreement.

Governing law

These Terms and any related agreement are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a separately signed or written agreement, Order Form or Statement of Work between a customer and VERVIA TECHNOLOGY conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific agreed document governs that transaction to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits a customer's right to approach the competent authority — for example, commercial matters may be directed to the Ministry of Commerce through 1900 or the Commercial Report application, where applicable. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the effective one unless a specific agreement provides otherwise.
